Crop 042 'CHARLES JOLY' Syringa vulgaris double flowered French Lilac introduced by Lemoine in 1896. Zones 3 thru 8, 10 feet x 6 feet, Purple red fragrant flowers bloom for several weeks in Late May to early June locally with a longer period of bloom if its cool and shorter if its exceptionally warm.
