Crop 049 'Rosamonde', Rosa mundi' Gallica Old Garden Rose introduced before 1581, (zones 4 thru 8, 4'x4'), a sport of the 'Apothecary's Rose' named after Rosamond Clifford Mistress to King Henry II, it blooms for several weeks in late spring to early summer.
